You know whats wrong? To dilute a fund, that invested tens of millions of USD into you, at P/E under 1 two years later after the investment. Thats seriously wrong. Whats going on last months is just a consenquence, nothing else (hopefully). If you issue 10M shares in a few months into a market like SIAF it will implode.

Whats worse wont be much to oppose or confirm til the 8k either. If the chineese allowances of interior economics are granted it will be a huge market within on fasttrack comming years seems markets feels its getting cloose to be stated... Sentiment felt way positive as of lately. Even greece came with "good news" today apparently they managed to save half of the years promised lvl and even gained above predictions :)
