Jim, Don't think it interesting that the SEC (a Government agency with knowledge of all details on RCCH) called it in that PR, RCCH "Corp" and RCCH "Inc" at the same time.

WRONG ... I talked to Pendarme about the SEC case against Gendarme. And about RCCH specifically and the fact that RCCH SOLD over 2.1 Billion shares to Gendarme at deep discounted prices.
