I don't think dilution is bad if company is sincere. But I see red flag since TA is more gagged than a dog. He should be upfront with dilution if he is honest.

Yeah, this company is trying very hard to keep this SCAM A FLOAT! TURD CEO is running out of countries to PR. all BS' are into account,now I saw the video and he has the balls to talk to go to Nasdaq! he can even ungagged the ta. Man SCAM is written all over here!
