I noticed a lot of activity myself over the last 10 trading days. A lot of people have dumped but the last few days there have been some pretty high buys that are kind of strange.

The fact that they almost match the dumps suggests they are being bought almost immediately.

I can't see any Level 2 on this so can't tell the specifics
