K1 Welcome here! Long time friends of mine live in Charlotte. Paid visits there and here at home! READERS, may like to know that CHARLOTTE is proclaimed as the South East financial HUB of the United States. Many investment firms are there,i know this because one of my PALS is a Bank Dept mgr. His brothers moved there and their new bussiness just exploded, they are contracting and can barely keep up with the work demands. They are investing!!!!!!! AHHH TOOOOO!!!!!!!! IMO: ONLY TRULY wise MEN will invest here, GAMBLERS will WIN, come and go,peeps wont never get the picture,plumbers will still be out cleaning toilets when LBSR is hitting the new highs as occured with mining cos in the early 80s. TRUE investors will have a VILLA on an ISLAND perhaps even a big boat tied up in the quay,others will go on and keep investing probably in the next BIG THING after LBSR! BEST to all!
