Those that are in the know have all that they need.

Those that believe those that are in the know also have all they need. They are also somewhat skeptical because it's same story different day.

Those that are neither are only holding small amounts and are slowly selling because they are not in the know. All they see is a small start up company with "potential" that is taking way too long for them and don't want their money tied up.

Make any sense?

Oh and I thought it was up to 3 months for EPA response, not 90 days.
