it's always darkest just before dawn. If someone really believes that dawn is inevitable, then this is probably the best time to add imo. But I agree it's a very testy time for all of us.

Let's face it. About 20m shares have been issued since Jan1, that's almost 1/3 of the O/S of Jan1. Is it really surprising that the stock is also at about 2/3 of where it was at the turn of the year, 2/3 x 58c =39c?

Yet, if you do your DD and really believe that the company will meet its projection of 60c eps for 2012 (all dilution included) vs. 23c for 2011 and realize that this is only possible with massive dilution as one of the few financing means of a growth company at this early stage, then whining and ranting doesn't help. It will only distract you from your own goal.

Either you're in and you play the game. Or you have doubts, donot have the stomach nor the conviction to hang on, then you quit. Every investor has only 3 choices: hold, add or sell. Everybody has different tolerance levels. I realize that investing in emerging chinese opportunities like SIAF is not for everyone. While the reward can be stratospheric, you have to be willing to take all the risks and, above all, be patient and stomach the inevitable ups and downs that all stocks have.

I for one believe that they will meet the targets for 2012 and beyond. But I will carefully watch every milestone reached and reevaluate things along the way. Right now, I have no reason not to believe the targets won't be met. If that's the case, come Oct 2015 when the divi for 2014 is paid out, I think we"ll get 55 to 60c per share in divi, enough to fund my retirement needs with a very small initial capital invested. But others have to make their own decision about their money.

I have made mine and will not waiver until I am proven wrong.
