Yes he is no dummy to the oil business, I understand he is already quite wealthy, obviously we know the mabely well was capped so he was probably looking to become super wealthy and an equity play with untouched virgin Belize ground might have appealed to him, but I am just speculating that. It is easy to think of the possibilities that might compel him to act.
