Five years ago now ... same old story ... but it never happens for Aquaprin.

AQUANTUM PHARMACEUTICALS, INC.
Aquantum Pharmaceuticals, Inc., an upstart pharmaceutical company announced plans to purchase the former Schlage Lock building located along Wesleyan Boulevard (US 301 north) in Rocky Mount to establish its main operations. “The building will serve as the primary research and manufacturing site for the production of an over-the-counter painkiller made from an aspirin derivative to be distributed internationally,” said Aquantum President and CEO
Howard Phykitt, who expects to begin production by mid-2008. “The product has been developed and is ready to be commercialized,” Phykitt said.
Mr. Phykitt said the plant will create 150 jobs within 5 years, about a quarter of which will be research and administrative positions, and the remainder manufacturing jobs. The venture will create a total investment of $7 million to $10 million, including more than $3 million to equip the building to manufacture
the drug.
The Carolinas Gateway Partnership has been working with Mr. Phykitt for three years to find a site for the company. Officials are pleased to have Aquantum begin operations here and will be providing employment opportunities for the area. “We feel Aquantum is a big catch for Rocky Mount, and will add to the other technology firms along Wesleyan Boulevard,” said John Gessaman,
President and CEO of the Carolinas Gateway Partnership.

CEO PHYKITT is,, putting it mildly, a pathological liar unable to distinguish right from wrong.
I thought the former shell were scammers, HOWARD has proven to be cut from same mold.

This link shows the hyped up scam attempt that came right after the failed attempt of your posted link on AQUANTUM.
