Oh, and as the new CEO, how pleased was he to learn that there is no settlement pending with the SEC, despite what he was told before.

Rauber should be asked why he took the job as CEO if Bordynuik is to remain Keeper-of-the-Secret-of-the-Magic-Catalyst.

It gives the impression that Rauber sees this as a means to get the title and paycheck, while avoiding responsibility for the scam that serves as the foundation of JBI.
