get real the company does it the employees do it the mm's do it the news wires do it.

if i was to be able to benefit from this information
as per using it for trading purposes..absolutely...

but i am sure he will have to make some sort of public announcement to back up my statement before it opens for trading ......



and the martha stewart case was a joke cause it was a scapecoat for the enrons and all the accounting scandals and the inept way the s.e.c appeared on the surface cause everyone who uses wall street and full service brokers are using them and paying hundreds of dollars for traders for the information before anyone else has it..

he was limited in his decision making...
when you speak of inside info my curosity does peak onto
what traders sold this before the halt...
