it's common sense.. you don't have to live and breathe Wall Street to get it.. Shareholders & prospective shareholders want to know financials.. more important than anything if you want their support! Not even an indication of when the #s will be out.. you are right.. it's not looking good for 2011..
Yeah, its total bs. The auditing firm should be doing the work anyways. It is a blatant attempt to cover up their real reasons for not pursuing the audit
