I couldn't give you any ratio numbers. What I can tell you that a report is being worked up by a third party.

Numbers range from 400 to 6000 bpd.

It's a guess right now. We gotta see the valve full open to get a clear picture.

Not to worry. I can see a choke in the video. There is also a wing valve and a master valve and if all 3 fail there is the storm choke or SCSSV (Surface Controlled Subsurface Safety Valve) which ever they are using. Not sure about Texas state regulations. Louisiana state regs say you can use either a storm choke or a SCSSV but Fed regs say you must use a SCSSV. Either way the well is protected.
