I have the mails, most of which were forwarded to me. I told Richards 5 mos
ago I was going to the SEC, hence no more PRs from him. They are definitely misleading and outright lies re CDs are done at the time which led up to the 058 run. These guys are exactly what Arty has said. Bad Guys and made big mistakes with personal emails.

May need shares to reward employees for their work. Things seem to be coming together finally why not give them a little longer.
as long as the shares go to employees and have to be held for a while then hey lets go for it.Just don't want to jump the gun at this late date and do something that WE will regret later? jmo GLTY
