First of all, George, thank you for not proving me a liar when I told Sarge there are some smart people on this board. You have written a comprehensive and helpful response. Thanks again.

FWIW, I am a fundamentalist, who knows just enough "charting" to be dangerous (LOL). Really, I know some of the basics, and use TA to re-inforce my fundamentalism.

One person I follow says this (you may not completely agree) that, "T.A. is a windsock, and not a forecasting tool". Whatever else you may think, T.A. does reliably tell you which way the wind is blowing, and how fast. And it shows hard gusts and dead calm really well.

People have said this day in several posts, NOT TO GET ADVICE FROM A PENNY-STOCK BOARD, in various ways. OK. A better advice (IMVHO) is to identify the smart people on the board, and learn from them.

Some of the NOOBs here would do well to print your post #136463, and study it for a while. Learn well from it.
