I'm fine with the silence, for now.
I imagine there was a mountain of loose ends to tie up, problems to correct, and policies to implement. It will probably still take a few more months for new management to really hit their stride.
Many companies don't communicate all that often, and I would be prepared for it to continue that way with JBI after the AGM.
Solid communications with cautious goals and then over executing on them won't require constant communications. New management will have the luxury of this more than the previous due to the deeper pockets surrounding and more experienced executives implementing plans and overcoming obstacles.
Hopefully, a settlement is near. Then, they can bury all the old garbage, change the name of the company, build a credible BOD, and be on a path to uplisting.
Let's see what the status of the company is, and the plan and guidance for the next 6-12 months is out of new management at the AGM in less than 2 weeks. I'm not expecting any fireworks, but wouldn't mind it if there was.
