SIRG is submitting the preliminary DEIS in July. Anyone who wants to verify the MOP approval (that was first submitted in Feb. by Paul C. Rizzo & Assoc.) can call Paul at the BLM Kingman office. Several people have already called and verified.
A Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) examines the potential environmental effects of operating the mine. Since there are no endangered plants or other species in the area nor are there are any streams or running water on the claims this will not be a problem.
