all i know about the $200K is what i read in the filings...the note was due in july 2012. whether he collected early, sold shares early, i have no idea. today's volume could have been lots of things but i also doubt it was dwyer. people don't usually selloff at .0001 unless they fear impending no-bid scenario or R/S

No shares have been sold, nor has the debt been repaid. This is not speculation. There are no fins or filings that support this. Even if the RIGH find are two quarters past due BCAP would certainly want to put that out there.
