When the warrants are exercised the share count goes up. So hypothetically speaking, if you have warrants that expire on Monday, and say those warrants were issued at say .005 and the current PPS is .007, any holder of this hypothetical would obviously exercise them. These warrants aren't much different than an option. This isn't rocket science folks.
