You're wrong about warrants and need to understand that when warrants are exercised it INCREASES the shares outstanding. So you got it backwards. You see new shares are issued at warrant exercise and your shares outstanding increase, not decrease. And since these warrants were issued at lower prices than the current PPS, they'll all get exercised....all 385,000,000 million of them. We're talking major dilution here folks.
