Please point to a PR that states he has nothing to do with the finances. Were does it state he never touches their accounting?

Of course one could argue I never said he was part of the staff. I said they were properly staffed than said they will fire him and hire a real accountant. He can removed from the audit committee.

Yes he is listed as board member and heading the audit committee. Without a CFO, accountant, or controller, I would assume he does more than show up once a month for a one hour board meeting.
