There is the 800 pound gorilla that you are forgetting.

Getting current allows insiders to sell shares. That means there are millions of dollars in reasons. Of course depending on stock price.

Nearly all pinks want to be current. Pinks can dilute to finance but technically they cannot sell insider shares prior to being current.

Also the thought that a MM would wait for the CE removal is false. They are basically a sponsor and both could as well as would only come on board when current. For that reason the CE has no barring what so ever since once current it can be removed. One of MM big concerns would be volume. No money in being the MM if there is no volume. SNEY has a very small Average Volume so not much money to be made by a MM. Of course once they get current that could begin to change.
