It seems to me that those who are expressing that the company has basically lied and stolen from them would be the ones concerned enough to take actual action and do something about it.
From what I've read here, there is certainly enough money amongst that group to get the ball rolling. If the accusations proved true, the truth would become known and more financial support from all those who are unaware would be forthcoming.
