It means that JBI's IR Manager is claiming to have earned the highest possible grades as a student, while earning his undergraduate degree in English.

The hilarity is his making these claims in a letter that is so poorly written and full of grammatical errors. He exposes his lies by his own ineptness. Almost any child in grade school would be more articulate and literate.

It's similar to Bordynuik's claims about his working towards earning an "honorary PhD" from MIT. That Bordynuik didn't realize the absurdity of such a claim proves his complete and total ignorance about the meaning of "honorary PhD", or the fact the MIT doesn't award honorary PhDs. i.e. exposing his own lies by his own words.

It is common for individuals involved in running penny stock scams to exaggerate their academic and professional credentials.

4.0 GPA.......GPA is an acronym for Grade Point Average. Computed where an A=4, B=3, C-2, D=1, F=0.

In this case it means that Mr. Irons got all A's in his classes.
