yes, that can be argued.......but no defense for anonymous people to be leak-commenting on what they admit are not public matters yet........

thought that was against the rules, and have now seen this tactic a number of times for various Cos:

"people familiar with XYZ have said that ABC is happening, but chose to remain unidentified, since this is still a private matter"

(since it's illegal, maybe, as a wild guess)???

Forward Looking Statements do not protect ANYONE from fraud... A huge lawsuit was filed last month by a shareholder and it's going to be getting class action status by end of month.
