I asked about sale and what is the deal with that American Aviation apparent filing. Response was that Avstar was not sold nor is it for sale. The second point was it looked, as I wrote, that it was a previous offer from 2007 before AAVG owned TACL. Also that they would look into this and let us all know. Now, whether or not Brown, who clearly knows AAVG personel, filed that or if it was fake, or something else, I was assured that info willl be forthcoming but that he was not aware of any approval for that particular DOT app in 2012.

So let me get this right, Avstar is saying that they had NO knowledge that American Aviation (Mr. Brown) was filing legal documents on Twin Air's behalf with US DOT.
