Hey, it took them about 3 hours to get back in touch with me. I do understand where your coming from though. When i didn't hear back from them after 2 hours, i started to worry. I certainly agree if they are going to be something huge they must have support staff that answers those phone calls. I hate talking to an answering machine.

U have to understand that in the early years of business, it is prudent to keep ahead of the game to get product out on shelves. I understand your fustration of not being called back.

I have called one morning, a few hours later and have forgotten that I had left a message, tiffany, the lady who landed the walmart deal after 10 exhausting months returned my call. I have her cell number for a reason that when I can help them introduce this product in florida area i am in, the owners of the store can call her and she will send them samples.

Do your part. U own stock in this company so now it is part of your company. Stop whining and get to work or otherwise sell me your shares cheap and get out of it.

I however will be amongst those who understand how business works and to help keep cash flow right .. you cant have a million ppl answering the phone right off. i will not be whining to the company who is trying to make sales happen that they didnt "waaaaa return my call, waaaa" but will be active and eventually laughing my way to the bank with pocket wads of cash.

Lets make it real, eh?
