#8164 RE: Large Green #8161

Timeline for ruling ideas;
Below are the dates of importance re; motions and cross motions.
Question is when does the "clock" start for the countdown to ruling?
IMO it started on June15th, the last day of cross motions and case discovery period ended.
If that is the case we are on day 25.
If we hear nothing by end of this week. According to DrR, we are in the golden period for a positive ruling in our favor.
WAIT AND SEE

1. Plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment will be due April 20, 2012.
2. Defendants’ opposition and cross motion for summary judgment, if any, with a
combined memorandum in support of both will be due May 18, 2012.
3. Plaintiff’s combined reply and opposition to the cross motion for summary judgment
will be due June 8, 2012.
4. Defendants’ reply to the opposition to the cross motion for summary judgment
(which may not repeat arguments already briefed) will be due June 15, 2012.
5. No surreplies may be filed.
6. The parties may cite any materials in the Administrative record and any materials
produced in discovery in support of their motions.
Any motion to extend a deadline set by the Court must be filed at least two business days
prior to the date to be extended, and must be supported by good cause. Motions that do not
comply with this requirement, including consent motions, will be denied absent a statement
demonstrating good cause for the failure to do so.
SO ORDERED.

LG, Today is day 25.. And we have another 20 - 80 to go.. Or so.. The longer the judge takes IMO the better (Golden) we are..

The Debtor is planning for a ruling by no later than 1 Oct 2012.

There is a lot of info within the admin record and in order for the Honorable ABJ to provide a fair ruling for either party she has to review the info review the pleadings and forumlate a ruling that is appeal proof.

Only the OTS/OCC has to be worried.. they in the end have much more to loose. Being naive and irragant in their last filing proved to me that they don't care..

1. It's not their money.
2. The tax payer (You and I) are the one who pays their bills.
