Come on, what was left and transferred of the MD's A/S was 41,518,235 million shares out of this- On December 27, 2011, the Registrant increased the number of authorized common stock from 250,000,000 to 500,000,000 shares. O/S per the 8K is now-465,182,354

O/S is 465,182,354
A/S is 1 Billion
What you seem to not understand is that the MD's A/S was just 41.5 million shares away from being maxed out DUE TO DILUTION before the NV. merger dumped another 500 Million shares into AAPT's coffers, of lets say bank account.
