He wants shareholders to be knowledgeable and on board with forward plans to help support and stabalize the company. Any private placements from this trip are gravy, IMO.
It may be possible he has multiple funding options but all of them are more dilutive than priv placements. One of the funding options that we know he has which is dilutive is FH. I assume he has multiple funding options not executed because in previous NRs he stated that he is in talks with other sources and some sources that use to say "No" are now saying "hey i thought about it."
