I don't see a mystery here. He has said straight forward that he is trying to raise as much money as he can and give the shareholders opportunity to invest. He has said investors are there (read China) after he proves up the goods. He said that there are already some private placements on board and the more he acquires the less he has to rely on less favorable financing and all shareholders reap the rewards of success. You could very well be right in your suspicions as it seems JB is a man about relationships and has learned good ones from bad ones. This thing is so close to fruition. I hope JB finds what or who he needs to position the company with the least amount of leverage. Regardless, I think the combination of potential assets are enormous and any dilution will seem minimal at the current price. Well, maybe not "any" dilution obviously. But he is working to minimize the downside and position all shareholders for the best reward possible. IMHO
