That's been the brilliance of Frank's business this whole time - THERE IS NO WAY FOR INVESTORS TO CHECK ON HIM.

Sometimes I wish they would dilute so much that the well runs dry.
Putting all the shares out there with nobody buying them would be
a message to them that it is OVER. Nobody's buying the message
any more.

With that in mind, only truthful and worthwhile PR's that show a
growth in business and income will get this thing moving again.
Puff pieces are of no value any more. It's of no value telling
us what person or firm has been brought on board if it does
nothing to earn money. Wine tastings are of no value unless they
lead to major purchases, heretofore, they have not demonstrated
that that has happened.

And please, no more pictures which resemble bombed out buildings
in Germany from WW II, or East Germany before the wall came down.

Something major has to happen; otherwise it's just yawn time, and
time to take a long nap, until they disappear off the board.

That's my opinion of the day. I've got other things to do than sit
and watch this paint dry.

Friend of mine live close.

As matter of fact, the store isn't up and running as "IF".

Friend of mine was there and it shown that inside the mall it is above 90% of Vacancy rate. How could you generate traffic to buy your CA wines?

Across the street which has Apple, Nike, Starbucks, Porsche... store and it automatic generate lot of traffic.

Compared both location, even though it is across the street, the different is like day and night. The CA store location at, it is a DEAD mall and it is at the basement too not to mention.

Many stores there are either not opened or closed due to lack of traffic flow.

Frank or someone from the company can't explained anything about why he was suit by his ex employee?

What happen to April's sales record? Do they use French wine sales record and claim it as CA wine sales? Where are all the money goes?

What is the hold back of the store? Friend in China told me, getting a license should only be 1-2 months the most. Maybe he spend all the money and forget to pay for recording fees? like he always FORGET to paid his utilities, office supplies and employee have to use free pen from their past events.

That has been done. You wouldn't be happy.

Would be great if someone lived in that area and can walk over to the store location and see what's going on. Stroll into those hotels and see what wines are on the menu.
