Just a hunch....but I would venture to say somebody with at least 100 mil shares, and likely more sold yesterday, would be paying some attention to the happenings of ICOA.
I am VERY long this stock, but growing more weary by the day.
They get it set up to move only to set up a roadblock at .0001.
