Since we are now all holding a shell thats how it goes... at some point in time they will announce that the shell is being RM'd into another company and depending on what that company is will dictate what the PPS does...but for now with such a large spread between the Bid and Ask I would not get overly concerned with a 211 share sell just some one saying enough is a enough and sold they after split tiny holdings IMO ..... most likely someone who is now big time red will buy 100 shares just so it wont look so bad on their ledger....
