If anything Jeff should use the 250 million shares as a constant bid support. Imo

I still do not know the reason why Jeff had to dump 434 Mill shares on the Market if he was well off....Why the need for total conversion of debt!...Instead of carrying some of it forward and working it off!!

Also the generous compensation he gave himself, the 25 mill pref @ convr. r of 25X.....for $318K in Debt??!!....Again...Take so much for such an amount owed , esp if he is Well off!

Now 100 Mill shares would cost ~ $500K @ 0.005 average.....but he takes the above Pref,Shares for $318K...
