Bummer man, that sucks. I think everyone probably has a couple of those under their belts. It's easy to slip into those "viper pits" for sure. I don't like investing in any company without a product of some kind on the market that I can touch and use to make sure it's real and not being being theoretically produced in someone's basement (shell):)...
