This stock has all the elements to make a massive break out. WHEN is the question !!! It looks like a strong company news will set in on its way up. There is insiders holding large amount of shares, debts to other companies paid with shares, almost 12% of shares held by institutions, excessive amount of shorting has been going on for a while that needs to eventually get covered, and the list goes on of different elements that can benefit largely by higher PPS. It HAS to go !
