I dont think we face a shorting to a degree we are used in China land on scams. Its not an issue here imho. Endless supply of shares is on the other hand.
Since you asked, I'd call him a visionary or a leader. A leader is one who doesn't bow to the pressure of the moment, no matter what others think of him/her.
It's very very unlikely that this BMSS guys are shorts. Nobody is really interested to short a 40 cents OTCBB company in big size. Nah, these guys were here a few months ago from 1.05 down to 70 cents or so and they are here once again to sell their shares wherever they have them. It's that simple.
If it is a hedge fund shorting us now... then we could be looking at a short attack soon
