BMSS has an unlimited supply of shares to sell, it seems.

Fact is, we've been asking the company for "action" for weeks/months and they simply sit there and do nothing.

Is management prepared for a short attack?
Do we have some reserve cash to repurchase stock just in case?
Think again.
