Yes, we agree that marty has filed pretend claims against Wallace that have zero evidence and zero chance of winning. If part of Wallace's strategy is to bleed GOSY dry by forcing it to pay thousands to lawyers, why would rog join Wallace in that strategy by spending thousands on pretend claims? Total nonsense anyone wants to steal the tech. First, one has to believe the tech has commercial value. Second, how does one steal the tech without marty's consent? Isn't marty essential to any effort to market, sell and service the tech? Assuming the tech has value, what's its value without marty?
