well, from my understanding from my talks with Dave over the past couple months, i have determined that UNQT isn't doing a R/S, or share buy back, i also know that they intend on moving forward with the current S/S and re-evaluate sometime after a 12 month period to determine progress made, and potential progress still available given the S/S. So as of now they put all methods of messing with the S/S on the back burner because they just want to expand their product line for greater revenues. Thats their one and only goal. Therefore your question cannot be given a proper answer, as UNQT's Directors will not know until maybe yeaar end or next spring. thats all i know. They just aren't even thinking about buy backs , R/S, and retiring shares...
