I would call the broker and have them check the order down at the trading floor , seems odd but perhaps market makers know that sthg is about to move up to current status and/or news is coming and are stalling orders? Either that or there is no sellers willing to sell you shares there , only then would be to start putting buys in at .0003 .0004 .0005 ect, for that I would first try a small size test order. I had etrade for 10 yrs and moved to ameritrade few yrs ago because I didnt like there executions too.......
