DTL...screw the pundits. They don't know their azzes from a hole in the ground. If and when PLNI puts out audited financials and shows a profit, and/or moves to the OTCBB, the stock could quintuple overnight.

And until they do one of the above, it's going nowhere! Everybody's heard the story. Now just waiting for solid news.

DTL - two issues with the financials...for a company transitioning from the Pinks...

1. Becoming fully reporting is the Primary good thing. The CEO is not fully compliant to Sarbanes-Oxley under threat of perjury...

2. The actually numbers are secondary but the better they are the better it is...

3. No telling what the movement will be on the stock price. It could be great or it could be a rush to the exits...
