Finding a partner will have more to do with the asset...then it will have to do with Peter IMHO. The same applies with EEZ and Chad.

On shore drilling - None of the above - Many available partners. Completely different ballgame

I will go so far as to say that Kenya will be the savior of ERHC til more long term assets (JDZ/EEZ)can be discovered/exploited.

Think about it, can Peter really "sell" Kenya and find a viable partner after his failing to do so with the EEZ and Chad? How many doors are still open to him after his past contacts with future partners have not panned out ?

Like Middy said so often: it's about the assets.

Maybe some posters here are tired of Peter, companies are not I'm sure. You are mixing those two whole different worlds together.
