hi there matty.......here's the current story..........for the last 6 months the pres(david burney) has been running back and forth between usa and Korea..been meeting with them in Mexico..the company had a problem with some lawyers that required some payment....they did not have the money....just recently the 8-k stated that they would be able to pay them...i guess with fresh money from the Koreans.......then in june the top officers gave up their positions to the Koreans...the dead line to pay is around the 24th of june..so i think that the money will be available between now and then......the rumor is that they are putting 50 million in......
the found gold was from a 5 acre site. they have 39000 acres leased. supposedly, there are several other sites with more promising gold deposits which haven't been officially tested. this was stated on a public radio broadcast by officers of the company. as far as the koreans, turning over cob, pres., and coo positions to their group certainly would confirm the "rumors".
