I believe stepping up FINALLY!!! Look at the directors. The two that matter the most are much older and wiser. The crib was way to dirty and think clean up phase is going into place. Light bulbs are coming on slowly

Good points. Haven't followed this one long enough but If they are looking at the bigger picture, merger etc. Things have to be in order. No major brand name (public) company wants to answer to share holders if they made the wrong purchase.
