this is what pushed me over the edge they are still filing and it got revoke a few days later so why not file the old filings ? they obviously are still filing why let it get revoke how can that benefit any one ?

now the only thing that I can think of is it will be for a write off reason some how and they don't feel the need to sell shares to raise funds for Pro ??

pro did show a Net loss (16,671,702 ) for 2011 that is pretty good
for a write off that stratus spent 2 mill for
