TMM has no future intention of raising its outstanding share count and/or authorized share count. TMM will also buy back stock when liquidity is available.
diluting at these price levels would be very scary. FO needs to release some great news to bump the pps up before dumping to get moe money for the shares. I understand that it takes money to make money so dumping shares was IMHO happening way back when we were in the .0175+ range. FO raised alot of capital then. Hopefully he can take what he has and do some very great things with it. Still waiting for the big name carriers to bring us on. Later all, P
The pps is laughable and who would be stupid enough to accept shares from Frank as a form of payments (since it only goes down).Mine is down 70% and counting and it sucks.
