Bankruptcy court granted bancorp to employ Buckley Sandler to represent their interest in the ongoing litigation. Court granted bancorp to pay Buckley 100,000 retainer. Any recovery by bancorp in the form of cash and irrevocably recieved by bancorp from the ongoing litigation shall entitle Buckley Sandler 30% of the funds.
