Hi Conrad. They're closing the roof as I write this. My place is just down the road (well a few miles) from Wimbledon Tennis. This year the gulf stream that more usually drifts north of the UK is much more to the south of the UK, so we're having a pretty wet (low pressure) summer this year. February/March was more like summer (they introduced a hose pipe ban to conserve water), summer is turning out to be more like spring.

Odd and ironic year - having a hosepipe ban and red alert flood warnings both at the same time. Let's hope things turn around to better weather before the Olympics start.
